The first step in our process is to confirm your job by accepting our quote, terms and conditions. From there we secure the date, assign a crew and setup a pre-production meeting to talk techincal.

Pre-Production Meeting
The focus of the pre-production meeting is to work towards creating a storyboard of the day by:
– Establishing exactly what you’re wanting to achieve
– Confirming creative concepts and Crew/Tech requirements
– Coordinating time frames
– Configuring a loose run sheet
– Exploring media asset concepts

Following on from the Pre-Production Meeting, our team internally storyboarded the project highlighting risk factors, technical requirements, and overall confirmation of viability.

Step 3! Production Process
Production Meeting
The Production Meeting is the final step before Production Day. At this stage we will have recommendations on:
– Production Day Logistics
– Technical Requirements (from the client)
– Run Sheet Confirmation
– Project Objectives

Our expanded network means we can produce content throughout Australia. We’re based in Sydney, however we can perform our video production, live stream, photography, and podcasting services how it works is up to you.
Step 4! Post – Production
Post – Production
We put our studio magic to work and begin to solve the final puzzle by adding the finishing touches. Our Standard turnaround time is 14 business days however if your’e in a hurry we can offer express turnarounds of 48 hours for most projects.

Peace of mind is always a nice bonus, right? How it works. We can offer unlimited revisions for your project, meaning we’ll keep editing your project until you’re completely satisfied and give us the final thumbs up.
We’ll send your final files to your inbox ready to download and share to your desired platforms. We’ll also keep a backup of your files for 3 months just in case!
