PLAN
The viewing experience is critical in keeping your audience entertained. Making sure everyone is prepared and briefed is paramount to your success.
TIP: Create audience avatars and refer back to them during the planning stages, make sure everyone is always included.
PRODUCTION
Having a dedicated producer to ensure your run sheet is adhered to, manage onboarding guests with a technical briefs, as well as giving friendly guidance on what they can expect to experience.
TIP: Techincal things go wrong, have back-up plans and contingencies rehearsed prior to the day.
PUBLISH
The process of compiling the footage into a hype reel and social snippets to showcase the day is critical – this material is great for promoting future events too.
Tip: This is a great opportunity to monetise the captured content. You could onsell videos to attendees or create promotional content to attract sponsors
PROMOTE
You want people to see it. Dont forget to submit your content to new sites, share on all socials, send it to your plethora of email subscribers. With caution, monitor your performance.
Tip: Encourage your guests, sponsors and viewiers to share the content. Offer incentives, gifts or even acknowledgment during the show to encourage engagement.

LIVE BROADCAST
In today’s environment we’re used to being online. Streaming is an increasingly popular method of experiencing an event, allowing for attendees who’ve missed out on the in-person event to share the same experience from home.
ROAMING CAMERA & MULTICAM STREAM
We’re not rocking up with a webcam. We will have multiple camera angles capturing every aspect of your event, including a roaming camera to enhance the experience and offer that “TV” feel.
GRAPHIC OVERLAYS
Our team will create custom graphic overlays to enhance the look of your stream. These can include logos, title screens, sponsors, segment bumpers and more.
HYPE REEL
Our editors will select the best videos and shots from the coverage, creating a high-energy compilation to showcase the success of your event. This is great for promotion of future events.
SOCIAL SNIPPETS
We will edit together a series of short videos that can be used on social pages. These are useful for recapping the day, generating interest, and to offer attendees the experience to relive the event.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Sure, video is the perfect way to capture your event, but what about some photos to remember it by? We can organise a photographer to capture your memories as well.
